Reflections about the research process with young people of UNICEF Colombia

Abstract

This article –story told–, presents a narrative about the co-creative emergent process -story lived- of young people from the Social Student Service (SSE) Programme of UNICEF Colombia, using a Systemic and Social Constructionist perspective. The text is based on the qualitative research performed for a dissertation of an MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisation Studies at The KCC Foundation and Bedfordshire University, in 2008. My intention, as a researcher, is to invite the reader to generate an intercultural dialogue in relation with this research-practice and to create other conversations, practices and studies that may be meaningful for both their professional and personal life.
